Requirements for the Surrogacy Program:

    Live in California, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania.

    Women that have had at least one child

    Between the ages of 25-45

    Must be a U.S. citizen

    In a stable household environment

    Women that have enjoyed uncomplicated pregnancies

    Non-smokers (Must be smoke-free for 6 months)

    Excellent health history

    An appropriate height to weight ratio (BMI)

    Have reliable transportation

    Not receiving government assistance

    Have passed:

        One-on-one assessment

        Criminal background check

        Psychological Screening
